has been providing air quality
consulting services of permitting, modeling and monitoring to the oil and gas industries
since its inception in 1984. Recently MMA has expanded its service base to
these industries to include multimedia environmental management, planning,
permit coordination and compliance assistance services. MMA’s oil and gas
services program is directed by Mr. James Easton, a gas industry veteran
with over 25 years of experience in environmental management, permitting and
regulatory affairs. Working with Mr. Easton are experienced MMA
professionals with demonstrated success in meeting the needs of oil and gas
clients in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana and
New Mexico.
MMA has extensive experience with gas sweetening and NGL processing plants, cogeneration facilities, booster stations and gas dehydration operations. Specific project experience includes the preparation of numerous air quality construction and operating permit applications, full spectrum air quality modeling, and ambient air quality and meteorological monitoring in support of state and federal permitting and compliance needs. In addition, MMA has extensive experience in control technology evaluations for gas compression and gas processing equipment, and emission inventories of fugitive emissions, storage tank emissions and other typical oil and gas sources. To assist MMA clients in managing compliance, experienced staff has also designed and implemented multi-disciplinary environmental management systems that review, evaluate, plan for and implement environmental compliance.
